<p>An invention is related to the semiconductor devices for amplification, control, commutation or generation of alternating current and/or pulses thereof. The transistor of alternating current operates without direct current supply. It can be used in radio electronics and electrical engineering. The equivalent circuit of the said transistor (fig.2) can be designed from two or more bipolar transistors (Q1, Q2) having common base, two or more collectors (C1, C2) and one or more emitters (E). The collectors are used as input and output of alternating current. The alternating current supply source is connected to the base and emitters through injectors (I1, I2). The power supply circuit of the said transistor is characterized by usage of current transformer, the primary windings of which are connected in series via load, but secondary windings are connected between emitter (E) and injectors (I1, I2) of said transistor. The offered multifunctional secondary power source is characterized by bridge circuit, which arms are connected by collectors of said transistors. The invention reduces losses, prime cost and size of secondary power supply sources.</p> |
