An invention pertains to the electrical engineering, more exactly it refers to the equipment of small size electric plants. The object of an invention is to simplify a network inverter providing in the same time practically a three-phase sinusoidal current and phase shift angle between current and voltage close to the zero level. The object of an invention is achieved in such a way that input of network inverter is connected to the synchronous generator through the rectifier and electrical wave filter with capacitor being connected in parallel as to load. Output of the aforenamed inverter is connected to the three-phase AC network, said tree phases being connected in star regarding the common neutral wire. Said filter's capacitor through the modulating transistor, individual to each phase, is connected across the circuit of each network phase, besides each of three circuits is connected in series with filter's inductor (choke), one clamp of which is connected with common point of modulating transistor and shunting diode. Other clamp of each inductor through the transducer of current and through the forward and reverse direction thyristors is connected to the corresponding phase voltage clamp and neutral wire, respectively. Moreover, the common point of all three shunting diodes through the second reverse direction thyristor is connected to the phase voltage clamp and through the second forward direction thyristor is connected to the neutral wire, respectively. All three phase voltage clamps of network are connected to the control node of corresponding forward and reverse direction thyristor, as well as they are connected to the one input of corresponding sine-shaped unipolar reference voltage generation node, the second inputs thereof being connected to the filter's capacitor of rectified voltage. The output signals of all reference voltage generation nodes previously named are applied to the inputs of control nodes for three modulating transistors, the second inputs of the aforesaid nodes being connected to the transducer, measuring the current caused to flow through the corresponding phase inductor.
