SUBSTANCE: method includes the following stages: introduction of gene-engineering construction into an embryo, embryonic cultivation up to blastocyst stage, blastocystic trophoblast biopsy, isolation of total DNA out of a cut-off trophoblast fragment, total DNA microfractioning by a nonsubmarine electrophoresis variant due to sealing the holes with 0.8%-agarose at low temperature of solidification at division to low- and high- molecular fractions, detection of transgenic integration into embryonic genome.
