SUBSTANCE: device is made in the form of hollow adapter with conical and cylindrical parts adjoining to it on smaller base side; it also has flange made on larger base side of conical part. Length of conical part amounts to 3-8 inner diameters of cylindrical part; injection pipe is provided on side of larger base of conical part on its side surface, its axis being spaced apart from larger base of conical part exceeding injection pipe diameter. Device may be provided with additional adapter and cylindrical insert that encloses flanges; cylindrical insert is diametrically collapsible and has injection pipe; each adapter is made of polymeric material with annular ribs on outer surface of conical part; injection pipe is passed through one of mentioned ribs; cylindrical part is double-threaded to form two pairs of adjoining projections spaced apart from adjoining pair through distance longer by at least 1.2-2.0 times than that between these projections in pair. Adapter may be made of metal and may be provided with metal force ring enclosing cylindrical part and abutting against smaller base of conical part; flange is provided with holes for bolting to supporting anchor socket installed in pre-concreted part of span.
