Binder comprises, wt. pts: tetraglicidyl ether of 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diamino- diphene methane, 100; phosphonylanilide hardener, 15-25; 1,2-bis (oxymethyl)carboran, 0.5-2.0; diethyleneglycol ester of 3,5-di- tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid, 0.3-3.0; and optionally organic solvent such as alcohol-acetone mixture, 0-130. Invention makes it possible to increase strength characteristics at temperatures from 150 to 200 C, resistance to heat ageing and fire resistance of reinforced plastic materials.
