PURPOSE: A method for transacting an unlisted stock at an on-line is provided to plan an activation of an unlisted stock transacting market and to enhance a justice and a transparency of a transaction using new business model among a financial institution, a dealer, and a conclusion managing institution. CONSTITUTION: Transactions of unlisted stocks are entrusted from a stock issuing companies, and information to the corresponding company is managed through a stock issuing company managing unit(S202). Users who wish to buy and sell the unlisted stocks open accounts in a financial paying system, and join as members in an unlisted stock conclusion managing system(S204). A control unit checks an inputted member ID and password through a member managing unit(S206). Certified members order a selling and buying processes(S208). If a selling order and a buying order are inputted, a transaction concluding unit searches member information of the member managing unit for checking an account as to a possibility of the selling order and the buying order, and a transaction is concluded(S210). A conclusion contents notifying unit notifies conclusion contents to a buyer and a seller(S212). A cash account and a stock account of each member are modified(S214). Cash and stocks of each member are automatically moved(S216).
