摘要 PURPOSE: A structure for bonding a piezoelectric material in an actuator of an ink jet printer is provided to make a bonding material joined uniformly over an entire surface of piezoelectric material without need to apply the bonding material over an entire surface of a vibration plate, thereby precisely bonding a piezoelectric material to a vibration plate. CONSTITUTION: The structure is obtained by placing a mask(S) having a desired shape over a vibration plate(50), applying a bonding material(2) over a surface of the mask(S) so that the bonding material(2) is applied on the vibration plate(50) at a constant interval, and pressing a piezoelectric material, after removing the mask(S), so that the bonding material(2) is spreaded over the entire surface of the vibration plate(50). The mask(S) helps the bonding material(2) being applied at a precise interval. The vents(S1) of the mask(S) can be designed to have a desired size and position so that the bonding material(2) is applied in a predetermined position to a small thickness.
