PURPOSE: A portable wired/wireless children's song player for education, which stores and outputs video data and children's song accompaniment data that are suitable for a children's song, and has a flash ROM as an inner memory to enable upgrade of a new program and video/accompaniment data, is provided. CONSTITUTION: A portable wired/wireless children's song player(1) for children education includes a central processing unit(28) and a system control circuit(16). The central processing unit and system control circuit transmit program data, accompaniment data, background image data, and subtitle data to an audio signal processor(18) and a video signal processor(24) according to command signals of a key input circuit(12), a remote control receiving circuit(34) or an audio signal, and mixes the background image and subtitle data with each other to output an image and simultaneously outputs an accompaniment signal and an audio signal. The portable children's song player upgrades new program and video/accompaniment data using a flash ROM of a memory device, and replaces the new program, a song, and background image data using a song or image cartridge that is an external data pack.
