PURPOSE: To provide a torque driver capable of efficiently measuring a torque rate without being influenced by the shape of a screwed part of a screwed component or the like into which a screw component is screwed. CONSTITUTION: This torque driver is provided with a rotating shaft for transmitting torque; a torque measuring apparatus for measuring torque; and an angle reader having an azimuth pointer rotated in the reverse direction to the rotating direction of the rotating shaft, relatively to the rotating shaft, and an angle dial rotated synchronously with the rotating shaft. The angle reader is constituted to be able to read the angle of azimuth pointed by the azimuth pointer.
