PURPOSE: An antifouling composition for paper-making is provided, which is characterized by controlling deposit of contaminant, increasing productivity, improving quality of paper, controlling formation of scale in a pipe line on a paper-making process, extending the expected life spun of equipment and being possible to use as an antifouling composition for a felt cloth. CONSTITUTION: The antifouling composition for paper-making is comprised of 5-60wt.% of organic acid having carboxyl group(-COOH), 5-30wt.% of phosphonate(-PO3H2) compound and 0.01-5wt.% of anionic surfactant. The organic acid is at least one selected from the group containing glycolic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, levulic acid, succinic acid and acetic acid. The phosphonate compound is at least one selected from the group containing HEDP(1-hydroxy ethylene-1,1-diphosphonic acid), ATMP(amino trimethyl phosphonic acid) and sodium(Na) compound thereof. The anionic surfactant is sulfate of C12-C18 higher alcohol.
