摘要 PURPOSE: A concrete structure reinforcing method by vacuum molding adhesion of composite materials is provided to reinforce a concrete structure simply without increasing the thickness or self-weight of a concrete member. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure reinforcing method by vacuum molding adhesion of composite materials comprises the steps of: after surfacing by repairing a crack by injecting epoxy resins to a concrete member(1) to be reinforced and removing impurities and projections on the surface of concrete, keeping the surface of the concrete member(1) at the dried state; applying preliminary treatment on the surface of the concrete member(1) by applying primer all parts within the sphere to be reinforced by an applier; locating a fiber fabric(2) on the surface of the concrete member(1) to place fiber to the appointed direction and quantity; installing a resin distribution net(4) to distribute resins on the fiber fabric(2) evenly; installing a vacuum suction channel(8) for discharging air and a resin injection channel(7) for injecting resins; installing a bleeder(5) on the lower part of the vacuum suction channel(8) to discharge air in a vacuum film(6) smoothly; sealing up the vacuum film(6) by covering the vacuum film(6) to cover the fiber fabric(2), the vacuum suction channel(8) and the resin injection channel(7); making vacuous in the vacuum film(6) sealed by discharging air of the vacuum film(6) through the vacuum suction channel(8); impregnating the fiber fabric(2) with resins by injecting resins to the vacuum film(6) through the resin injection channel(7) by the difference of atmospheric pressure; and removing the vacuum film(6) if composite materials are manufactured by hardening the impregnated fiber fabric(2).
