HIGH FREQUENCY INDUCTION HEATING DEVICE OF AGGREGATE FOR HOT ASPHALT-CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A high frequency induction heating device of aggregate for hot asphalt-concrete is provided to prevent the loss of thermal energy by heating in a closed space, to reduce pollution by manufacturing asphalt eco-friendly by excluding noises and deflation of noxious gas in the air and to reduce maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency induction heating device of aggregate for hot asphalt-concrete comprises the steps of heating aggregate and evaporating moisture contained in aggregate using a far infrared ceramic heater as a primary heating device, feeding and heating directly/indirectly the aggregate and crushed sand to a high frequency induction heating furnace as a secondary heating furnace at 165¯170 degrees, an appropriate temperature for using as aggregate for manufacturing asphalt-concrete.
