PURPOSE: To provide a conductive paste for an outer electrode formation which can be calcined with low temperature, with sufficient adhesion force by using glass frit which practically does not contains lead oxide, and to provide an outer terminal for an electronic parts, and to provide manufacturing method of the same, and electronic parts. CONSTITUTION: For the conductive paste for the outer electrode of the electronic parts, glass frit contained in the conductive paste does not substantially contain lead oxide, and contains; B2O3: 5.0-30.0 weight %, SiO2: 10.0-60.0 weight %, BaO: 45.0 weight % or less, ZnO: 20.0 weight % or less, Al2O3: 12.0 weight % or less, and Na2O: 15.0 weight % or less. The manufacturing method of the outer electrode includes a process of calcing the conductive paste with the temperature of 500-700°C.
