PURPOSE: A garbage disposer is provided to reduce a moisture content of garbage to the utmost, thereby preventing and removing environmental pollution and an offensive odor respectively which are generated since most of garbage is partially dehydrated before being reclaimed. CONSTITUTION: The garbage disposer comprises an electric motor(18) for driving the garbage disposer; a chain or a belt which is used as power transmission means; a first crushing part for crushing an insertion with two rollers on which blades are mounted at the hopper part; a second crushing part for discharging the materials by simultaneously crushing, dehydrating and compressing materials flown in from the first crushing part with a screw shaft(12) and a screw(13) in which pitches are more and more narrowed as they go to the side of the outlet; and an electrical control box to which an automatic switch converter is attached, wherein the insertion is primarily crushed as the garbage that is put into the hopper(1) pushes an insertion between two blade mounted rollers(5) by the action of a cam while a safety and injection promoting wing(2) is being opened, the garbage crushed in the first crushing part is pushed to a second crushing part in which the crushed garbage is dehydrated since it is strongly compressed as the primarily crushed garbage is crushed again and pushed to the screw pitches so that the waste efflux is flown between an insertion blocking film(20) and an uneven part(17) before being drained into a drainage(14).
