The present invention relates to a low-radiation receiver and a mobile phone. The receiver includes an electroacoustical transducer (6), an acoustoelecttric transducer (7), a receiving opening (3) and a transmitting opening (4). The receiving opening receives acoustic signals from the electroacoustical transducer. The transmitting opening transmits acoustic signals to the acoustoelecttric transducer. The receiving opening and the electroacoustical transducer are connected through an air channel which is made of electric insulation material. The transmitting opening and the acoustoelecttric transducer are connected through an air channel which is also made of electric insulation material. This kind of receiver could be used as an earphone of mobile phone or a headphone of stationary phone. The air channel made of electric insulation material doesn't generate electromagnet radiation, so harm to human body is reduced.
