A safe retained needle, comprising an energizing means for energizing an inner needle (12) to the opposite side of an outer needle (11) in the axial direction of a storage tube (1) for storing the inner needle (12) therein, a piercing state maintaining part positioned between the energizing means (8) and the inner needle (12), moved according to the movement of the inner needle (12), and maintaining the inner needle (12) and an outer needle (11) in the state of immediately before piercing, operating body (6) having an inner needle storage operation part allowing the storage operation of the inner needle (12), and a slit (2) for assuring the moving route of the operating body (6), the piercing state maintaining part characterized by further comprising a piercing state engaging part having the operating body (6) engaged with the storage tube (1) on the outer needle (11) side, and the inner needle storage and operating part characterized by further comprising an operating part (6a) releasing the operating body (6) from the engaged state of the piercing state engaging part and moving to the energized state by the energizing means (8) and an operating body storage part storing the operating body after storing the inner needle therein. |
