The invention concerns a volumetric flowmeter comprising a cylindrical chamber, which includes a side wall, a base and a cover. A fixed partition is arranged between at least an inlet and an outlet for intake and evacuation of the fluid in the chamber respectively, said partition being maintained fixed in the chamber. A cylindrical piston is arranged eccentric and kinematically guided in the chamber by engagement of the fixed partition into a vertical slot of the piston, said piston moving in a reciprocating motion in the chamber under the action of the movement of a fluid volume from the inlet towards the outlet. The partition has properties for absorbing the vibrations resulting from the friction of the piston on the partition, preventing propagation of vibrations to the cylindrical chamber.
