PURPOSE: A system and method for the Internet commercial break are provided to play many moving picture advertisements serially without buffering between the moving picture advertisements on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A commercial break server(13) takes the advertisement orders from many web site servers(16-1,16-2,...,16-n), reads many moving picture advertisements through an advertisement DB(14), removes the buffering time between the moving picture advertisements, and through the web site server offers the moving picture advertisements to the client(11-n) who selects the ordered advertisement The clients(11-1,11-2,...,11-n) access the web site servers through the Internet(12) and get the relevant service. The web site servers display the moving picture advertisements on a part of a screen or between the screens.
