A folder for storing loose leaf pages, without hole punching and without a ring binder fitting, has two rigid panels linked by at least three elastic straps linked crosswise between the outer edges of the panels. The pages are stored by opening the folder, placing sheets onto one side and folding in the opposite manner. The elastic straps are secured to the edges of the panels by looping over the edges for added grip.
