PURPOSE: A dry unit of a wet type electrophotographic printer is provided to properly perform a printing mode, a printing standby mode and a stop mode while changing the positions of a dry roller and a heating roller. CONSTITUTION: A dry unit of a wet type electrophotographic printer includes a dry roller(210) for absorbing a liquid solvent left on a photosensitive belt(10), the first bracket(200) in which the dry roller is set, a heating roller(310) for heating the dry roller, and the second bracket(300) in which the heating roller is set. The first bracket is movably set inside a main frame such that the dry roller is attached to and detached from the photosensitive belt. The second bracket is movably set inside the main frame such that the heating roller is attached to and detached from the dry roller. The dry unit further includes the first elastic member(230) for providing an elastic force to the first bracket in one of the direction of attaching the dry roller to the photosensitive belt and the direction of separating the dry roller from the belt, and the second elastic member for providing an elastic force to the second bracket in one of the direction of attaching the heating roller to the dry roller and the direction of separating the heating roller from the dry roller.
