ELECTRONIC TRADING SERVER, SELLER CLIENT, BUYER CLIENT, AND ELECTRONIC TRADING METHOD

Upon a request from a concerned trader including a seller, a buyer and a transporter, a user registering unit registers in a data base the user registration information containing a public key certificate acquired by each trader from an administering authentication office. A transfer registering unit changes the owner of the cargo information registered in the database at the trade starting time into another trader on the basis of the request for the registration change of the trader attached with a digital signature and the public key certificate. A verification unit verifies that the digital signature attached to the change registration request has been created by a secret key pairing with the public key certificate registered in the database, and validates the transfer registration having a legal binding force if the approval of the partner is acquired.
