<p>The invention provides enantiomers of ajoene and derivtives of Z(-)-ajoene. The derivative of Z(-)-ajoene are useful for modulating integrin-mediated functions, for treating disorders, diseases or conditions in which integrins play a role, and for treating tissues to improve their condition for a subsequent use, such as transplantation.</p> |
