<p>An absorbent for treatment of flue gas containing sulphur dioxide, a process for treating a flue gas and a process for producing an inorganic complex fertilizer, which involves grinding slag into powder, mixing with water in the ratio of 1: 2-20 to form an absorbing slurry, then reacting with sulphur dioxide contained in the flue gas, adding gypsum to the resultant product in such amounts that the weight ratio of gypsum to slag is 1: 0.005-0.1, mixing to form a mixture, precipating the mixture, dehydrating the precipate and drying to form the inorganic complex fertilizer. Its advantages include simple process, less investment of equipment, treating waste with waste, and suitable for use in metallurgical plants and power plants producing sulphur dioxide waste gas.</p> |
