PURPOSE: A taxi automatic registering communication terminal and a taxi use service providing method through a communication network are provided to save a labor cost by connecting a taxi driver and a client, and attain a service use increase by providing a reliability and a convenience in use by allowing the client to confirm that the taxi is currently being moved through a phone call with the taxi driver and also providing the taxi driver with a profit increase and a convenience by allowing a taxi driver to request a client to get ton at any available time and being provided with information on a client who wants to use a taxi only with payment of an information use fee. CONSTITUTION: When a client wants to take a taxi on the basis of an announcement message, he or she selects a number corresponding to a 'taking a taxi registration menu' provided through a voice announcement or a text announcement to transmit his or her intention to take a taxi to a taxi use service providing server(S10). An operating module transmits a received origination phone number, location information and a current time identified from a proceeding time of a watch unit as registration information for the client who wants to take a taxi to a register managing module and stores it in a data storing module(S11). In the case of referring the client who wants to take a taxi, a number corresponding to 'client reference menu' provided through a voice announcement or a text announcement is selected, so as to transmit a reference intention for the client who wants to take a taxi to a taxi use service providing server(S20). As the client reference intention is transmitted to the taxi use service providing server, the taxi use service providing server receives location information on a mobile phone being currently connected from a CDMA mobile communication network and the operating module recognizes the current location of the taxi driver from the received location information(S21). The operating module reads the origination phone number on the referred clients and their location information in turn(S22) and provides from the nearest locations in order. The operating module transmits the origination phone number and the location information referred through the voice announcement or the text announcement to the mobile phone of the taxi driver that are currently in a connected state(S23).
