PURPOSE: An installing and dismantling method of a cross beam mold is provided to continuously install and dismantle a cross beam reinforced steel and the cross beam mold without regarding to a bridge. CONSTITUTION: An installing and dismantling device contains a rail fixed on a reinforced steel of a PC(Pre-Concrete) beam; a trolley(10) moved on the rail; a main body(20) located on the trolley; a supporting arm(30) located in both ends of the main body vertically; a rotation portion(50) extended downward from the lower end of the supporting arm; and a workplace(60) supported and rotated by the rotation portion(10). Thereby, the installing and the dismantling processes are continuously performed and the workability is improved. Moreover, the safety is advanced.
