FIREPROOF INSULATING COMPLEX PANEL

PURPOSE: A fireproof insulating complex panel is provided to insulate a structure from high temperature and to prevent the generation of poisonous gas in a fire. CONSTITUTION: A fireproof insulating complex panel consists of an upper surface material made by metal sheet, a lower surface material made by metal sheet and a metal grid heat wood between the upper and the lower surface material. The upper and the lower surface materials and the heat wood are combined each other through mineral foam. Silicate solution is the main ingredient of the mineral foam. Thus, the fireproof insulating complex panel stably keeps the insulating effect in high temperature. The mineral form is coated on the grid spaces between the surface materials and the heat wood in regular thickness and dried in normal temperature.
