PURPOSE: A message transmission device attached to a vehicle is provided to make a driver transmit a message out of a vehicle through a display in the vehicle, to output a simple message and an advertisement out of the vehicle through a display, and to transmit a simple message and an advertisement by storing the message and advertisement in a memory through an input unit. CONSTITUTION: A message transmission device attached to a vehicle comprises a switching unit(100) for switching power by being applied with the power from a power supply(90) of a vehicle, a microcomputer(15) for storing a message, reading the stored message and outputting the message, and a display(10) attached to a vehicle and for displaying the message outputted from the microcomputer.
