PURPOSE: A faucet joint for a tap containing a water hammer absorber is provided to conveniently install a faucet joint, to improve water hammer absorbing performance by mounting the water hammer absorber and to prevent the water hammer absorber from being separated. CONSTITUTION: A faucet joint for a tap having a water hammer absorber comprises a water supply pipe connecter(2); a chamber(4) formed with the water supply pipe connecter; a water supplying port(14) inserted to the water supply pipe connecter; a tap connecter(18); a fixed body(16) formed on a lower portion of the chamber; a sill unit(17) mounted on the lower portion of the chamber; absorbing plates(5a,5b) contained in the chamber; a taper unit(7) curving the assemblage of the absorbing plate; a compressed spring(9) absorbing impact force; a socket(19) mounted on the inner circumference of the tap connecter; a taper nut installed on the socket; plural unevenness units formed on an outer diameter of the rear pipe body unit; a cut unit formed on a rear end of the rear pipe body unit; and a chamber space(24). The compressed spring and gas is compressed through deformation of the taper unit by pressurizing the assemblage of the absorbing plates.
