PURPOSE: A combined terminal system and method for an automatic financial transaction and a free telephone call communication and connection are provided to resolve a problem that a call is charged when hearing an advertisement of a private switch advertisement broadcast for 15 seconds in a free call system and a problem of a line busy signal. CONSTITUTION: A handset of a terminal is picked up and then a free button of a key pad is pushed, and a telephone number is inputted, and a start button is pushed(101). An MPU is operated by an input of the key pad, and an interpreter interprets a command. The MPU instructs to output a voice advertisement message stored in a first memory(102). After the voice advertisement message is outputted from the handset, the telephone number inputted based on the command of the MPU is automatically dialed(103). During the free communication, the MPU limits a free call time and transmits a signal sound, and the time of the free call is loaded into a second memory(104).
