A device for manual cleaning of hard-to-access places, especially front and rear windshields of cars, is described. A cleaning element (2) is located on a support element (1) extending mainly in the longitudinal direction. The support element can be arranged on a lower arm by at least one fastening member (3). The cleaning element can be arranged on a rotary table (5) connected with the support element. The cleaning element and/or the rotary table can be oscillated. The support element is provided with a motor (8) to generate the oscillating movement and/or a rotary movement of the rotary table. The motor can be connected directly or by linkage members with the rotary table.
