MARINE BASE CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A marine base concrete structure and its construction method are provided to lift with a small marine crane, to secure the stability of a construction and to operate without regarding to seaweeds or waves. CONSTITUTION: Many steel piles(200) are fixed in locations of piers. Lower brackets(202) are installed in the steel piles. Isolating rings(206) are installed in the lower brackets(202). Many mold parts(120) are separately produced by using reinforced steels and concretes. A lifting hook and a connecting joint are integrally installed in each mold part. A reference line is installed to arrange the mold parts. The mold parts are put on the isolating rings based on the reference line by holding the lifting hooks through a marine crane. Isolating materials(208) are poured between the mold parts and the steel piles. Supporting rings are welded near the upper part of the mold parts. Upper brackets are welded in the supporting rings and the steel piles. A concrete is poured and the lower parts of piers are installed inside a base concrete structure.
