The present invention relates to the use of a variety of computational metho ds for modulating the immunogenicity of proteins by identifying and then alteri ng potential amino acid sequences that elicit an immune response in a host organism. In particular, protein will be screened for MHC binding sequences, T cell epitopes and B cell epitopes.
