The corner seal on building structure comprises a watertight cover layer arranged in or on a building corner or building ledge, consisting of a corner profile (1) matching an inner or outer corner. The corner profile has a central part and two side panels locating on one side of a corner. The corner seal over its length has at least one hollow body filled with a sealing medium. The hollow body has a casing which is destroyed during installation. The sealing medium, after pressing the corner profile between common contact surfaces of the corner seal with a corner and filling out a gap available under the corner profile, forms a hardened sealing surface.
