PURPOSE: To provide a single-piece cutter capable of freely cutting a straight line and a curve. CONSTITUTION: A flat blade 4 is mounted on the tip 3 of a support, the tip 3 of the support is mounted on the body 2 of the support rotatably within the plane orthogonal to the flat blade, and fixing means 5 and 6 for fixing the rotation are provided on the support. Since the tip of the support having the flat blade mounted thereon is freely rotatable to the body of the support grasped by a user, the user can form a single-piece cut of a free shape without turning the wrist.
