PURPOSE: A cooking vessel-holding nipper is provided to firmly and conveniently hold a cooking vessel and to safely move the cooking vessel without a burn. CONSTITUTION: A nipper for holding a cooking vessel comprises a receiving chamber(3) recessed on a lower portion of a body; an actuating lever(4) rotatably installed on a side of the receiving chamber by a hinge shaft(5); a moving member(6) moving front and back along a length direction of the body; a fixed holding unit(9) attached to a peripheral wall of a cooking vessel; a protrusion(10) protruded on an upper circumference of the cooking vessel; an upper member(2a) opening or closing the body to replace component; a lower member(2b) actively guiding the moving member by being connected to the upper member; a movable holding unit(11) holding the cooking vessel; a slot formed on the moving member; a supporter(16) protruded on the upper or lower members of the body; a rotational member(17) installed on a side of the receiving chamber of the body; and a guide member(18) moving the moving member by being contacted to the rotational member.
