SURVEY METHOD AND SYSTEM USING COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE: A survey method and system using a communication network are provided to increase a reliability of an Internet survey by judging a validity of a response by setting a proper time required for each question. CONSTITUTION: The first time setting controller(52) sets a valid response time with respect to one or more than two questions. The first validity judging unit(50) includes a first valid response time judging unit for judging as to whether a respondent's response is in a valid response time range set by the first time setting controller. A log data controller(72) controls so that a log data analyzing program is executed in a response terminal for obtaining a log data of a respondent terminal. A second validity judging unit(70) includes a log data analyzing unit for judging as to whether a respondent executes a certain operation by receiving log data of a respondent. The second time setting controller(62) sets a valid response time with respect to the entire questions. The third validity judging unit(60) includes a second valid response time judging unit for judging as to whether a response of a respondent is in a valid response time range set by the second time setting controller.
