A pupil measuring device comprising a guide (1d) disposed in a space permitting observation of the background from the eyes (E), an illuminating system (1g) for illuminating a guide moving device (1e) and the eyes (E) from the background side with the guide (1d) positioned between the eyes (E) and the background, two cameras (A, B) respectively imaging two pupils (PP), an operation means (2a-2e) for operating the areas or diameters of respectively imaged two pupils from image signals of the two cameras (A, B), and a display unit (3) for displaying on the same screen graphs showing the positions of the guide (1d) with respect to the operated areas or diameters, or time changes corresponding to the positions.
