METHOD FOR INCREASING ADAPTATION AND COMPENSATORY CAPACITIES OF AN ORGANISM

The inventive method for increasing adaptation and compensatory capacities of an organism generally consists in a course of everyday procedures ranging from 20 to 30 minutes by using an inspiration of hypercapnic and hyperhapnic hypoxic gaseous mixtures based on atmospheric air having an invariable content of nitrogen, increasing content of carbon dioxide with respect to the stages of treatment and decreasing content of oxygen. The concentration of the carbon dioxide in an inspired gaseous mixture having reached a value ranging between 1.3 % and 1.6 %, each procedure is carried out in two stages. In the first stage, the value of the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the inspired gaseous mixture constitutes 0.5-0.7 of the concentration value of the carbon dioxide in the inspired gaseous mixture used in the second stage. The duration of the first stage constitutes 0.2-0.3 of the total procedure.
