<p>A process for producing a malt alcoholic drink characterized by using an adsorbent to thereby adsorb and eliminate at least a part of unpleasant taste components from wort, an intermediate malt alcoholic drink product or the malt alcoholic drink. Use of this process makes it possible to provide a malt alcoholic drink wherein the aging of the flavor can be inhibited after the production and thus the flavor immediately after the production can be sustained over a long period of time.</p> |
