PURPOSE: A client management system for a delivery business is provided so that a number of clients can be increased by displaying client transaction information on a screen in reception of calls from the clients, and introducing appropriate products to the clients. CONSTITUTION: When a client makes an order call(10), a call receiver searches client information in a client database(20). When the client information exists, an address and transaction contents of the client are displayed on a monitor screen(30). The call receiver exchanges greetings with the client on the basis of the transaction information of the client(40). The call receiver inputs order contents(50), and confirms the order contents on the monitor screen(60). Thereafter, the call receiver outputs and prints an order letter for delivery(90), and returns to the client information for updating(100), thereby forming a reliable client database. When the client information does not exist, the call receiver inputs the client information and takes an order from the client at the same time(55). On the other hand, when the client does not live in an apartment(80), the call receiver prints a route map for the delivery(90). |
