摘要 Bioreactor has cavity shape of each chamber (4) that can differ. Preferred features: Upper and lower sides of each chamber carry a resorbable or digestible membrane and/or another tissue. In each chamber cavity, hollow fiber membranes are included, forming a gas exchange plane. Lines from the exterior, carry cells and nutrients to and from each chamber cavity. Further lines from the exterior, introduce and remove gas through the gas exchange planes. All lines to and from each chamber, have elastic connections to the exterior of the bioreactor. The bioreactor has lines supplying and removing culture medium, gases and/or nutrients for the organ and/or tissue to be produced. Perfusion and diffusion of medium and nutrients leaving the entire bioreactor, is enabled through a membrane or tissue. Assembly of the chambers to a set position, is accomplished by a shaft (5, 8). Perfusion and diffusion in all chambers is achieved using the shaft arrangement above, and the connections described.
