MOBILE ANNOUNCEMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A mobile announcement apparatus is provided to allow a user to listen to announcement information on an announcement object by previously storing the announcement information in a memory unit and receive the announcement in occurrence of an emergency. CONSTITUTION: An area ID receiving unit(20) receives an area ID which has been transmitted from an area ID transmitter(10). The area ID transmitter(10) is positioned in the vicinity of an announcement object, transmits a signal and forms an announcement area(210) of a local part. The area ID signal transmitted from the area ID transmitter(10) is transmitted to the area ID receiving unit(20) by using a radio signal. An area ID extracting unit(22) extracts an area ID signal received by the area ID receiving unit(20) and demodulates the signal. An announcement information selecting unit(24) selects announcement information by using the area ID extracted by the area ID extracting unit(22). An announcement storing unit(26) compresses, converts and stores the announcement information. A reproducing unit(28) reproduces voice and image announcement information selected from the announcement information storing unit(26) by the announcement selecting unit(24). A reproduction controller(56) controls a reproduction method of a voice signal reproduced by the reproducing unit(28). A voice output unit(30) converts the voice signal reproduced by the reproducing unit(28) into an audible frequency that can be available for a user's listening to it. An image output unit(32) displays the image signal reproduced by the reproducing unit(28) as an image for a user's viewing. An announcement transmitter(40) includes a voice input unit(42) for inputting an announcement content and a voice transmitter for modulating the voice signal and converting it to a radio signal and transmitting the radio signal. A voice receiver(44) receives and demodulates a voice announcement signal transmitted from the announcement transmitter(40) and converts it into a voice signal. When a voice signal is detected by the voice receiver(44), an output controller(46) transmits the voice signal to the voice output unit(30).
