摘要 PURPOSE: A process of preparing bread by mixing wheat flour or cereal flour with loess water in place of water, kneading and baking is provided. Whereby, the bread contains 40 sorts of minerals and can be applied to health food. CONSTITUTION: Wheat flour or cereal flour is kneaded with loess water and salt. The dough is mixed with yeast, sugar, pine needle and the like and heated at 100deg.C or more. The loess water is prepared by grinding loess finely and filtering, followed by removing precipitate.
