The method for producing a liquid-tight seal for a movable joint between two building elements involves attachment of angle profiles (2) to each of the building elements (16), and successive introduction of flowable, hardenable and durably elastic sealing compounds (19), (26) and (29) into the space between the angle profiles. Also claimed is an angle profile (2) serving for implementation of the method. It is provided with openings which allow the sealing compound (26) to pass through it for purposes of anchoring.
