摘要 PURPOSE: A self shielding flux cored wire for arc welding can be welded in all positions and has a better bending property by newly controlling and adjusting subdivided distribution ratios and atomic packing factors of each components composing the flux. CONSTITUTION: The self shielding flux cored wire for arc welding is characterized in that a composition of the flux(11) that is filled in the sheath(12,13,14,15) of a steel product for the total weight of the wire comprises 0.1 to 2.2 wt.% of one or more Li, Ca, Ba based carbonates; 1.0 to 2.5 wt.% of one or more metal Mg and Mg alloys; 2.0 to 4.5 wt.% of Al which is calculated in terms of Al and Al alloys; 1.0 to 2.0 wt.% of F which is calculated in terms of metal fluorides; 0.8 to 2.0 wt.% of a total amount of Mn+Si when a metal Mn or Mn alloys and a metal Si or Si alloys are calculated in terms of Mn and Si respectively; and 2.0 wt.% or less of residual Fe, wherein the flux(11) is fillet in the sheath(12,13,14,15) in an amount of 10 to 30 wt.% for the total weight of the flux cored wire.
