PURPOSE: A carbonizing equipment which is capable of evenly and uniformly carbonizing materials such as wood waste, garbage or RDF(refuge derived fuel) is provided. CONSTITUTION: This carbonizing equipment is provided by setting up plural tubs by arranging them up and down at plural stages in an axial direction in a cylindrical fireproofing furnace(10), penetrating a rotating shaft(80) in center portions of the plural tubs(60), covering an upper end opening portion(66) of a lower tub with a lid body(68), fitting rotating blades arranged up and down on the rotating shaft, rotating and moving the material(20) to be carbonized around the rotating shaft(80) in bottom potions of the plural tubs(60) by rotating the rotating blades together with the rotating shaft(80) in the plural tubs, self-burning and carbonizing the material(20) by heat emitted from heating provisions(110) into the fireproofing furnace(10), opening a dropping hole to the bottom and the lid in each of the plural tubs(60), and dropping the material(20) in the upper tub(60) into its lower tub(60) through the dropping hole. |
