PURPOSE: A panaflex signboard with rotation shafts and rails is provided to exchange only an advertising board, thereby enabling to use the signboard semi-permanently, and to wind around a rotation shaft various advertising board, thereby producing diverse advertising effects. CONSTITUTION: The signboard includes rotation shafts(10) at both ends thereof, rails(12) at the upper and lower ends thereof to move smoothly an advertising board(13), and wheels at the upper and lower ends of the rotation shafts(10). The signboard further comprises a locking device joined to the rails by bolts(17). The advertising board(13) is made of resilient material to maintain its shape and size. Since the advertising board(13) excludes the use of covering structures projecting in front of the signboard, it is light in its weight and provides an improved appearance.
