PURPOSE: A system for providing a communication service between Internet service subscribers is provided so that the Internet service subscribers can easily search wanted information through the Internet by reading the same web page to directly communicate with each other. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) for providing a communication service is connected with a plurality of subscriber terminals(30) and a plurality of information providing servers for providing an information service in a web site through the Internet(20). The subscriber terminals(30) include a web browser. The device(10) for providing the communication service provides a client program to the corresponding subscriber terminal(30) upon the request of the subscriber terminal(30). In addition, the device(10) transmits the information of the subscriber terminal(30) to the first subscriber terminal(30) according to the web site information from the client program, transmits a communication allowance request message to the second subscriber terminal(30) selected by the first subscriber terminal(30), and provides real time communication between the first subscriber terminal(30) and the second subscriber terminal(30).
