PURPOSE: A safety starting apparatus of a vehicle is provided to start a vehicle safely, and to prevent an accident by detecting surroundings and obstacles precisely and by restricting sudden acceleration. CONSTITUTION: A safety starting device of a vehicle is composed of a gear position sensor(1), a parking brake position sensor(2), an obstacle detecting sensor(3), an accelerator pedal detecting sensor(4), an electronic control unit(5), a fuel injection amount control unit(6), and an alarm(7). The alarm is operated in applying the parking brake at 1-range or R-range to start a vehicle or in detecting obstacles surrounding. The vehicle starts safely by preventing sudden acceleration with restricting the fuel injection amount against operating the accelerator. Sudden acceleration and accidents are prevented with detecting surroundings precisely in starting the vehicle and controlling the fuel injection amount.
