PURPOSE: An oil seal for a water pump of a vehicle is provided to prevent the introduction of cooling water and impurities by stages for blocking the cooling water and the impurities reliably, thereby improving the lifespan of a bearing and the quality of the water pump. CONSTITUTION: An oil seal for a water pump of a vehicle includes an outer slinger(1) folded with a first horizontal surface(3) and a first vertical surface(5) to be fitted on an outer peripheral surface of a rotation shaft via the first horizontal surface, an inner slinger(9) folded with a second horizontal surface(11) and a second vertical surface(13) to be fitted in a housing(15) of a water pump via the second horizontal surface, a first rib(21) incorporating a supporting plate(17) formed with an outwardly bent portion(19) to be fitted in a gap between the inner slinger and the water pump housing and contacting the outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft at a lower part, a second rib(23) integrally formed with the first rib and contacting the first horizontal surface of the outer slinger, and a third rib(25) fitted on a front end of the second vertical surface of the second slinger and contacting an inner surface of the first vertical surface of the outer slinger.
